Student Support

Divorce Parenting Class Support Team

The Divorce Parenting Class Support Team helps parents get enrolled, access their course, complete required steps, receive certificates, and understand course-specific support questions.

What We Help With

Our support team helps students with enrollment, login issues, course access, course progress, certificate delivery, state-specific questions, and account corrections.

For account, certificate, or completion-record corrections, students should contact support before a certificate is submitted or sent whenever possible.

Enrollment & Login Help

Support for account access, enrollment questions, password issues, and getting started with the correct parenting class.

Course Progress

Help with course access, lesson progress, completion questions, and device access.

Certificates & Court Support

Support for certificate delivery, completion records, and court-related certificate questions where applicable.

How We Work

Our support process is built around Divorce Parenting Class courses, help center content, student workflows, certificate procedures, and state-specific parenting education requirements.

The Support Team works alongside the course, technology, and content teams, shares a single knowledge base, and uses AI-assisted tools to keep answers consistent across help center articles.

Continuously Updated

Our help center is updated as courses, certificate workflows, and state-specific parenting education requirements change.

Course-Aware Escalation

When a parent’s question cannot be answered by an article, the escalation goes to someone who understands the course and the student workflow.

How We’re Trained

Every member of the Support Team is trained on Divorce Parenting Class course procedures, student account workflows, certificate processes, court-facing support questions, state-specific parenting education requirements, and internal escalation procedures.

We use internal SOPs and course-specific knowledge base articles to keep answers accurate, current, and consistent.

What We Don’t Do

The Support Team does not provide legal advice and does not provide custody, divorce, or family law guidance. Family law cases are emotional and legally complex; case decisions belong to the parties and their attorneys. When a question requires legal interpretation or court-specific guidance, we refer students to their attorney or the court.

Editorial Role

The Divorce Parenting Class Support Team writes and maintains routine help center articles. Higher-trust content — including course guides, regulatory explainers, eligibility articles, and compliance-sensitive material — is reviewed by Billy Forte, Founder and President.
